At 36 inches in width, this unit is space conscious but still has the ability to handle large jobs and high-traffic situations. This model features a raised back level, allowing your kitchen a more efficient atmosphere and a more accessible cooking space. The grates are made from cast iron and will support heavy stock pots and pans without putting strain on the inner components. A fully welded steel body also contributes to the unit's strength and allows this hot plate to survive through commercial work environments. A full-with pull-out crumb tray finishes this superior product, making cleaning as easy and convenient as cooking and holding products.
