These hot plates have 30,000 BTU 2-piece burners that provide maximum performance and control, plus these burners will not clog. The front control panel remains cool-to-the-touch during use and the bull nose front provides protection. Each hot plate has a removable crumb tray for easy cleaning. These hot plates are available in 2, 4, 6, and 8 burner styles and can accommodate a variety of pan sizes.
