The heavy-duty cast iron grates stand up to years of use even in the busiest kitchens. The front control panel remains cool-to-the-touch during use and the bull nose front provides protection. Each hot plate has a removable crumb tray for easy cleaning. These hot plates are available in 2, 4, 6, and 8 burner styles and can accommodate a variety of pan sizes.
