The 32" Heavy-Duty Gas Upright Radiant Broiler (P32D-3240) is a heavy-duty upright broiler from Southbend. It features a radiant broiler and warming oven on a standard oven base. The broiler features a 24-inch wide by 27-inch deep cooking area and a round grid pattern which is perfect for branding and can be removed. It produces 110, 000 BTU and is equipped with two radiant burners, each with their own independent controls. The warming oven sits above the broiler, is heated using the flue gasses from the broiler and measures 25 inches wide by 25 inches deep. The standard oven base produces 45, 000 BTU and features Southbend's "Insta-On" thermostat for reduced start-up and recovery times. Features: Stainless steel front and sides, 25" x 25" warming oven sits above broiler , Burner boxes and linings are fully insulated.
