This 24" Gas Hot Plate (VHP424) is a smaller option of the Vulcan Achiever hot plate line. At 24 inches in width, this unit can fit virtually anywhere and still maintains the heavy-duty construction that larger models boast. The grates are made from cast iron and will support heavy stock pots and pans without putting strain on the inner components. A fully welded steel body also contributes to the unit's strength and allows this hot plate to survive through commercial work environments. A full-with pull-out crumb tray finishes this superior product, making cleaning as easy and convenient as cooking and holding products.
