A separate control adjusts each burner's heat so two foods can be cooked simultaneously at different temperatures. (Cook linguine on one burner, simmer pesto-cream sauce on the other.) The burners are solid disks for easy cleanup and measure 7-5/8 and 5-5/8 inches in diameter. Overall, the appliance is 19 inches wide by 11-1/2 inches deep by 3 inches high.
