The HRS-50 hot dog roller features eleven "Tru-Turn" non-stick rollers that provide 30-1/2" wide cooking area, giving you the space to cook up to 850 hot dogs per hour. "Tru-Turn" non-stick rollers offer excellent product release and quick clean up. Just wipe the rollers clean with a damp cloth. The hot dog roller grill's heating system features two adjustable heating zones. Set one zone for grilling and the other for holding your hot dogs at NSF standard holding temperatures for serving customers. This infinite Control system gives the operator complete control over temperature settings to cook a variety of hot dogs, sausages, egg rolls, and other roll-type products.
