Wolf Range ACB47 is a powerful countertop gas charbroiler that uses 144,000 BTU's to cook a variety of foods to perfection on its wide 46-3/4in grates. Wolf Ranges uses 5-1/4in wide cast iron diamond grates with a 18,000 BTU burner for each grate to keep a searing constant heat. Supercharger burner dividers minimize heat transfer making multi-zone cooking zones available. Wolf Range uses a underburner deflector system that helps move the heat upwards which creates a "cool zone" on the grease drawer and dripping areas. Since Wolf Range built this ACB charbroiler out of stainless steel this countertop unit will look great in any kitchen and is easy to keep clean.
