This induction cooker features cutting edge cooking technology combined with simple push-button and dial controls to create an easy-to-use kitchen appliance that can be quickly mastered by any member of your cooking staff. The Cecilware IWC25A wok induction cooker features a divot on its surface to make it work with 13 3/4" multi-ply wok pans, and the included pan is an ideal match for the cooker. It has 2500 watts of heating power in a compact footprint so that in can fit on any countertop. A 12 3/4" diameter top plate supports magnetic cookware, while nine power settings and five hold settings give you outstanding cooking and holding potential. Heat indicator lights, a holding temperature display, and a power regulator knob let you adjust heat output as you cook, and an automatic safety shutoff shuts down the cooker when not in use. It also has material compatibility and small object detectors for added utility, and four feet ensure the cooker doesn't move when in use. The Cecilware IWC25A wok induction cooker is ETL and NSF Listed. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.
